What Gets Deleted
When you request data deletion, we permanently remove the following from our systems:
- Account info & profile data
- Platform tokens & credentials
- Uploaded knowledge documents
- Generated content history
- Analytics & tracking data
- Family & task data (Sukun)
How to Request Deletion
You can request data deletion through either of these methods:
- Via Email: Send a request to [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and the email associated with your account.
- In-App: Disconnect platform connections and delete knowledge documents directly from your account settings in the dashboard.
Processing Time
Within 30 days
We will process your request and send a confirmation once all data has been permanently removed from our systems.
Facebook Data Deletion
If you connected your Facebook account through our platform and wish to remove your data:
- Disconnect in Sabar: Go to Platform Connections in your dashboard and disconnect Facebook.
- Remove from Facebook: Visit your Facebook App Settings and remove Sabar from your connected apps.
- Request full removal: Email [email protected] if you want complete data deletion from our servers.
